Emese Sáfrány was born in Komlo. She finished her studies in her hometown, later continued her high school studies at a contemporary dance school and then became a student at a film acting university in Budapest. She worked as a waitress and dance teacher. From 2007 onwards, she spent five years as a porn actress, winning several porn awards as a result. She left the industry in 2013 and although she remained under contract in 2014 - working as a topless weather girl and then as a fitness model - she also took up aerial gymnastics, the fourth series of RTL Klub's licensed reality show, where she finished third. She works as an aerobics instructor and also competes in various competitions. Her autobiography Aleska - But where did Emese go? was published in 2015. In 2016, she won a silver medal at the World Gymnastics Championships in Riga.
